We stayed there for 17 days in March/04. The rate was good and it included small buffet breakfasts. The rooms were carpeted, clean and decent-sized. There was plenty of hot water 24-hours and we had no water pressure problems. We had an in-room safe, cable TV and minifridge. The area feels safe to walk around (there is a park in the large median of the avenue). The staff was helpfull and friendly. In case you have trouble with stairs, there is an elevator. They also have a small (enclosed)private parking lot. The hotel itself was quiet; the only noise we heard were car alarms being set off accidentally all day long.
We returned in September of 2005. Again, we had a very pleasant stay there. The hot water was still reliable. When we complained that our heater was too noisy, they provided us with a quiet, radiator-style heater.
The breakfasts were somewhat repetitive, but there was always something we felt like eating.
We never had any problems with our bills at the end of either trip, but always watch for improper billing no matter where we are traveling.
