“What a disappointment”

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star not even 4.We arrived on Sunday and stayed until Wednesday.We stayed in room 215,which was extremely small.Following day I have noticed dump below the window,pillow case had giant perforation.On Tuesday evening We spotted cookroach in the bathroom.When I rang the reception to report this receptionist was wery rude.I definately would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent hotel for a short stay !

Allways check out the night club in the basement as I was pleasantly surprised to enter a jam packed club on a Wednesday night at 2:00 AM !

Nice hotel, I think it,s No:1 in Novi Sad.
They have realy good welness & spa.
Low prices. Excelent.
