I do not recommend Al Mamzar Park Apartments. I was there this morning checked in, saw the apt, checked out, all within 10 mins. Was refunded only 275dhm of the 325 dhm I was required to pay at the front desk. Dubai is as safe as any city can be, however this hotel is in the sketchiest part of town. If you are single woman you will not be comfortable in this neighborhood. Upon enterance to my room I saw several large ants, when I checked the sheets, hair everywhere. The hallways are dark, dungeon-like, depressing. If you are on a budget, try another alternative.
