Excellent location can walk easily to downtown, post office, old & new markets. Restaurants & internet cafes were numerous and close by. The rooms were clean and good sized, with air conditioning, shower, plenty of towels, mini bar & fridge (water, beer, etc.). The best part of the stay was the helpful staff. They were all Cambodians, spoke very good English, and helped make arrangements for a guide to Angkor Wat and transportation to the airport. The free daily breakfast consisted of just toast & coffee. Laundry service was available. The stairs are quite steep and narrow so and there is no elevator. If this is an issue, request a lower floor. The inn had a very nice bar and restaurant with a very pleasant seating area. One night we were there a Thai wedding was being held in the inn and it was quite noisy. However, they finished early enough not to be a problem. This is an excellent place to stay in Siem Reap. The total cost for two people, two nights including lodging, laundry, our bus fare to Phnom Penh, and a dinner was 110U$.
