we stayed for one night. everything was superb. check in went very smoothly. the room was very clean. the beds were very comfortable. the staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. i got a call as soon as i got to my room making sure that everything was to my satisfaction. i would definitely stay there again. it is very close to shopping and to the casinos.

Myself and others stayed at the hotel. It is walking distance to tons of shopping. It was easy to walk to the outlets and boardwalk. The indoor pool was very clean and enjoyable. The workout room was 24 hours. They had brand new equipment. It's very convenient.

In case you have never stayed, make sure you validate your parking at the lobby for the convention center. Otherwise, you will have to pay each time you come and go.

The hotel rooms were a good size and service was quick. The hotel was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of the casino's.

My husband and I were asked last minute to go to AC with my brother-in-law and his fiance. They were staying in a comped room at one of the casinos. The only affordable accommodation we could find was the Sheraton. The downside is that it is not on the boardwalk, obviously since it is the convention center hotel. We arrived at about 10 or 11 p.m. for check-in. We did call ahead to make sure this would be acceptable. Once we arrived we were informed that, for no reason, we were upgraded to a corporate suite. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially considering we were arriving way after check-in time. The room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we were in a bind. The only reason why it wouldn't be our first choice is the cost of the parking. At the Trump Casinos you can park your car for free if you have their card. At most of the other casinos parking is much cheaper than the Sheraton, if not free with the hotel stay. For this reason and the fact that the Sheraton is not on the boardwalk, I would stay at a casino as my first choice.

I stayed here for a friday night. Got a good deal on Hotwire $140. I've never stayed in a Sheraton before but I did not find anything too special about the room. It seemed about the same quality as an average Holiday Inn or some other basic hotel. My friend was staying over at Bally's and I thought my room was a little better. It was a nice size, slightly larger than average, the bally's one was slightly smaller than average. The bathroom was a nice size too, the sink was fancy. Shower pressure was pretty low, like most hotels. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice LCD widescreen TV, unfortunately the TV programming was not widescreen so it was stretched. The only thing that bothered me about the room was the heavy odor of air freshener, similar to most average hotels. The hotel was off the boardwalk so it was about a 15min walk to get there. If you catch the Jitney, its only $2. Also, the parking was very expensive. $12 self park (PLUS TAX) to park across the street in the convention center parking garage. Its not too far of a walk, however I can understand it being long if you have alot of stuff to carry. They wanted to charge $17 for valet. I didnt think the walk was worth $5. Also, internet access cost extra. The nickel and diming was excessive.
