This motel is not meant for a nice vacation stay. Cut my foot on the metal bed frame which stuck out beyond the box spring. The rugs, and some other items, need replacing. It was only $40.00 so I really didn't expect much but next time I may spring for something a little nicer. Best part was the close proximity to the casino's and the free motel parking at the front door of the motel.

Friendly owners. Soda and snack machines. Clean room. On-site parking. Near the Boardwalk. Very helpful: small refrigerator in the room.

I stayed at THE CROWN MOTEL this weekend
because the weather was nasty. and I always play at THE RESORT CASINO.The MOTEL is dirty, The MATTRESSES AND BOXSPRING are filty.Our BOXSPRING were DIRTY. The rips were patched with DUCT TAPE.The BATHTUB was backup,To make matters worst THE EMPLOYEE got NASTY WITH ME when i told him the conditions of the room.I payed 100.00 for the night.I was better off,getting wet at least rain is clean.THE HEALTH DEPT. should have a look at this MOTEL.They didn,t even supply us with a bar of soap.

I did not mind staying here for the last minute stay over during a recent gambling trip - but I would not have stayed for anything more than the $40 I paid. I can not imagine paying $150+ for a room like that when you know what a room for that price SHOULD look like. For a last minute stay over with no other options - its OK. But reservations made here would be a dissapointment.
