Just back from two weeks B and B at the Lido. Great hotel, it is not the most luxury hotel in the area, but it is well designed and well sized with around 50 rooms. The views from the hotel are great, with bar's, rooms, and resturants on different levels, all with great sea views. The rooms are a good size, with free air con, safe and tolitries. There is a reasonble priced mini bar. Rooms cleaned daily including towel change.
Location is great, as many others have said, on the beach which is a nice beach, with plenty of fish to see for people who like to snokle. Free towels daily, plenty of sun beds.
Very short walk into Naama bay, 5 minutes tops, but located in a quite location.
Breakfast was good, same on a daily basis, bread, cheeses, meats, pastries, omlettes, some hot food. Tea/ Coffee brought to you by a waiter. We sat in the outside area, you can watch all the boats coming into the habour for trips to Ras Mo and Tiran.
Ate at on deck resturant on night, great setting, Lion fish a bit scary, food good, little more expensive than in Naama Bay. Personally liked the setting but thought the food was as good in Naama bay and cheaper.
Staff very professional and pleasent.
All in all a very good hotel, worthy of it's rating on trip advisor, which I used as a guide to book.
Will put other info about Naama bay in general on forum
