“Fantatic hotel great location!!”

Just got back from the lido and loved every minute of it, being a travel agent I had looked at going to this for ages, and now I have been and done it I am soooo pleased I chose the Lido.
The rooms are great with fantastic sea views and very spacious with air con and are always cleaned daily with fresh towels bought to you in the evening. The staff are so friendly and cant help you enough always so happy and making people laugh.
With in Naama Bay I think the lido is by far the best, comparing it to other hotels and location wise is only around a five minute walk to the centre with lots of restaurants and bars there so its good that you go bed and breakfast as you have got so much to choose from in naama centre. The views from the hotel are amazing whilst sipping on a cocktail in the jacuzzi you are looking out to sea with great views around you. If I go back to Egypt would definatley stay here again and although the pictures look great its something else to be there and see it with your own eyes.

“Great hotel and great location”

Iberotel Lido

Just back from 10 days B&B at the Lido in Namma Bay, Great hotel with fabulous staff, very helpful and cannot do enough for you.We had a problem with noisy room and asked to be moved and were moved without any hassle. If you want a quiet room then ask for one on the far side of the hotel away from the beach area as it can be noisy at night with the music from Namma bars resounding across to some rooms. If anyone wants quiet room numbers, feel free to contact me and i can advise.
Loved this hotel, and the brekkie was good with choices of cereals, breads, fresh cooked omelettes, fresh fruits and other dishes, always plenty of everything and staff happy to help if needed.
The room cleaning staff were superb, with towels changed twice a day and rooms immaculately clean and spacious. We had a view over looking the marina were all the boat trips left from and it was lovely just to watch the activity of all the boats coming and going.
The reception staff were also very good at helping with any problems and not to forget the pool staff who laid out your towels and put up the much needed umbrellas for some shade as it was very very hot.You are literally waited on hand and foot at this hotel.
Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel as it has all you could possibly need and you literally walk down a few steps and you are on the beach unlike some hotels were people had quite a distance to walk to their beach. Would definately go back to this hotel as location and hotel are excellent.

“Great location and hotel”

Just back from two weeks B and B at the Lido. Great hotel, it is not the most luxury hotel in the area, but it is well designed and well sized with around 50 rooms. The views from the hotel are great, with bar's, rooms, and resturants on different levels, all with great sea views. The rooms are a good size, with free air con, safe and tolitries. There is a reasonble priced mini bar. Rooms cleaned daily including towel change.
Location is great, as many others have said, on the beach which is a nice beach, with plenty of fish to see for people who like to snokle. Free towels daily, plenty of sun beds.
Very short walk into Naama bay, 5 minutes tops, but located in a quite location.
Breakfast was good, same on a daily basis, bread, cheeses, meats, pastries, omlettes, some hot food. Tea/ Coffee brought to you by a waiter. We sat in the outside area, you can watch all the boats coming into the habour for trips to Ras Mo and Tiran.
Ate at on deck resturant on night, great setting, Lion fish a bit scary, food good, little more expensive than in Naama Bay. Personally liked the setting but thought the food was as good in Naama bay and cheaper.
Staff very professional and pleasent.
All in all a very good hotel, worthy of it's rating on trip advisor, which I used as a guide to book.
Will put other info about Naama bay in general on forum

“Loved by Liz and Ben”

Iberotel Lido

Have recently got back from a fantastic holiday at the Jaz Lido/Iberotel Lido. We have been to sharm a number of times and this is the best hotel we have stayed in so far. The room was clean and spacious, the bar area was lovely and the bar staff very friendly and helpful, the pool was clean with plenty of towels and a good service. The hotel itself was beautiful. We ate in both the restaurants - the buffet and the al la carte, both of which were very good. It is only a five minute walk to the centre od sharm and all its bars and restaurants and there is a dive centre as part of the hotel. I would definately go back - again and again and again.

Got back home from the Jaz Lido two days ago and had a great time. The hotel is just perfect, the views are awesome from every level, whether from the roof top pool or the bar overlooking the bay. The rooms are very clean and nicely done also with a good view of the bay. Staff are very friendly and helpful and at the end of the week i honestly felt sad that i was leaving! The weather this time of year is also ideal, hot and sunny with a fairly strong breeze just to keep you comfortably cool.
Just a warning for young couples who may wander in to the resort of naama bay and are first timers in Egypt as we were, have your wits about you! If people see you are young and don't know the resort, they try to persuade you to give big tips and drag you into their shops. Also make sure you check your biil/change if eating or drinking out as we almost got done on a few occasions. Also if your girlfriend is attractive be prepared to get unwanted attention, rude and personal comments aimed your way by the egyptians.
Don't be put off by this as the hotel is perfect and the staff are great,we had a really great holiday just younger groups or couples have your wits about you if leaving the hotel.
