i have just returned from 10 nights in sharm staying at the kiroseiz hotel well what an experiencei had a holiday at this hotel two years ago and it was great, so i deceided to take my extented family there, we checked in the hotel at approx 9-45pm, after 4 room keys and and asking bellboys for help we were let into our room at 1-45am. to find that the new key didnt work either and so we were in the same prediciment in the morning, no one apologised to us, eventually we got a move of room, our party wanted to be placed near each other in the hotel we were all miles apart and told that it was not posible, as for the hotel staff they were very poor at speaking english, but seemed to speak russian fluently, one of the waiters was extremly rude to us refusing to serve us with a drink from the bar and was taking the mickey out of my sister, with which he had a good english mouthful from me!!!the hotel it self certainly is not 5 star more like 3. the food is the same most days with both of the restruants full to capacity almost every day we would have to ask for cutlery, and the tables had not been cleared from the last persons. they have made this hotel much bigger fitting up to 1500 people but they have not enough staff to look after it, beware of cleaners just walking into your rooms as well, they seemed to want a tip every day!!well what was a lovely hotel is now a night mare. none of us will be returning back there.

Well I have just read the other reviews before writing my own and I think we must have stayed at a different hotel!!

We stayed at the Beach Bungalows which I would definitely recommend for couples (hotel for families). the rooms where clean and large with a sea view from the big windows. the shower was on the small side and the drainage wasn't brilliant but very adequate. The bar was a stone's throw away from our room but there wasn't many people there at night as everyone either goes up to the main hotel or Naarma bay so very quiet and relaxing. There was noise/music from the surrounding hotels but you can't here it when you are in the bungalows.

The beach was lovely, but a bit shalley. The staff were very helpfully when it came to choosing the beds and the towels. There was driving and snorkelling hire available, we didn't do the driving but apparently it was £50 for 1/2 hour (don't know if that was good or bad) the snorkelling you can hire for £4 for the full day until 4:30. but well worth it. if you are thinking of going snorkelling quite a bit then I would suggest that you get a mask and snorkel before you go as it would probably be cheaper.

The snorkelling was amazing as soon as you get in off the jetty the fish are swimming all around you, swim along the coral reef and just see how many different fish you can spot. AMAZING!! a few people we spoke to said they had seen turtles as well but we weren't that lucky unfortunately.

we ate at the restaurant at the beach half the time and up at the hotel the rest. we had breakfast on the first day but weren't overly impressed with the selection but you can go expecting a full breakfast like us brits seem to do. But we weren't up in time for breakfast after that as we we're relaxing.

The lunch selection is a buffet or a pizza off the menu, I recommend the pizza's as they are all made by hand and baked in the pizza oven, YUM YUM (we were a bit confused though as you don't always get everything on the pizza that it on the menu but still very very nice)

The bar at the beach is open from 8 in the morning until 12 at night, drink sizes are quiet small as all served in plastic cups during the day but saves loads of glass on the beach. just order 2 at a time and they are quite happy to do it.

there is a bus from the beach to the hotel every hour on the 1/2 past until 19:30 then every 2 hours until 23:30. The buses after 18:30 make a stop at Naarma bay on the way which saves getting a taxi.

once at the hotel there are 3 pools, very cold actually but after a couple of hours in the scorching sun it was very much appreciated. you can use all the facilities at the hotel if you stay at the beach. We found the food brilliant, lots of choice as you can have the buffet or there were chef's cooking outside. at lunch there were burgers or spaghetti made in front of you, then at dinner there were about three different things cooking outside as well as everything inside the restaurant. there were a couple of flies but that can't be helped in a hot country we just picked the salad from the bottom of the bowls and not the top. but no complaints about the food at all!!

I was ill for 3 days while I was there but I wouldn't say it was the food as my partner was fine. the only thing we could think of was that I was having ice and he wasn't so just be careful with that.

We had a few tips before we went as to trying to keep the tummy bugs away, the money is disgusting as the Egyptians keep there money down their pants! Yeap down their pants so take same sanitizer hand wash that you can carry around with you and use it every time you touch the money or shake someone's hand. Also get tablets called Antenal from one of the chemists, (we didn't get these and they would have probably helped.

we went into Naarma bay a few times and tried the camel bar, tavern bar and the panorama bar.

Camel bar - good view from the roof terence, drinks a bit expensive as no local drinks.

Tavern - football bar! there were loads of matches shown in the day and entertainment at night. drinks were more reasonable.

Panorama bar - Egyptian bar, entertainment all night but you are paying for it in the drinks but we thought it was worth it.

A NOTE FOR GIRLS - blondes are perved over, but this is just what the men are like over there. I went out in the day on my own once when my partner was watching the football I only went from the bar to the supermarket and there was men shouting hey hey at me, then I went into the supermarket and asked about some insect cream and the men put his arm around me and wouldn't let go even though I was shaking my arm trying to get him off. After that I didn't go anywhere on my own. very intimidating. so I wouldn't recommend a group of girls going on there own but the whole of Egypt is the same so it's personal choice at the end of the day.

also the mosquito’s are quiet bad over there, I got 25 on one leg (I must have tasted good :) ). we forgot to take insect repellent with us but you can buy a spray called OFF (orange can) and that is good!!

well I think that's about it, to some it up we will defiantly be going back to the beach bungalows again but will take snorkels and insect repellent with us. FANTASTIC

“Lovely holiday - but be prepared to put on weight!”

Three Corners Kiroseiz

May 7, 2008

We (three single young people) stayed at the Three Corners in Sharm during April. Despite being nervous about the food and accomodation due to other reviews on this site we had a fantastic time! This was our first all inclusive trip away and we were pleasantly surprised by the choice and quality of the food - admittedly it's not as good as eating out every night but the unlimited aspect is great fun! Chez Pascal for lunch is included and is really lovely as is a good break from the sun and has great service - the sandwiches and burgers etc are all pretty good. None of us got ill. We thought the local spirits were decent too, although if you're not careful you get a very strong drink!

Evening entertainment could have been better but it's really all about the daytimes here - the private beaches were lovely (especially since the all inclusive restaurants and bars were pretty good there too) and the snorkelling is amazing. And, of course, the weather is pretty consistenly sunny which helps!

Sharm town is fine - very touristy with Hard Rock, Pizza Hut etc. but ok for a break from the buffet! The Shisha pipe bars were a good laugh too.

We'd really recommend this for a good value break in the sun - I wouldn't want to spend longer than a week here though as activities are fairly limited.

Was really worried having read some terrible reviews. I can honestly say the hotel was good- not 5 star but as many have said hardly 5 star prices . Its a good 3 star. Rooms are clean, a little tired in older building ,however how long do you want to be in your room!

Food is good - always hot ,no queues, waiters very helpful and cleared tables quickly.Wine, water and soft drinks all good - spirits are disgusting!

Entertainment - its what you make it the singer wasnt great but if you join in you can have a great night.

I would definitely go back - altho would take lots of mozzie spray as I was bitten alive - I would not stay for more than 1 week, I wouldn't do all inclusive anywhere for more than 1 week.

Hope this helps everyone who is concerned about going here.

“The good, bad and ugly.”

Three Corners Kiroseiz

We started off on a bad note with this resort after finding we had been moved to there at the airport due to overbooking. We were to find we were one of many from different resorts. We didnt meet any that were pleased with the change, and did in fact meet several poeple who had returned to the resort and were unhappy.
Our rooms were clean, and big with huge beds, but were not next to each other. Our sons were 7 doors away across the entrance and opposite a large group of teens that drifted between rooms all night making a noise.awaken in the morning to the noise of building work going on just the other side of the entrance door. After trying to get some help from our rep, who was more interested in selling us trips, we were told we couldnt be moved.Given rooms one floor apart, we tried to settle in.6 times one or the other keycards failed, 2 days we woke to no electric/air con, cockroaches probably due to trays left outside rooms for whole days at a time, food you had to check was cooked properly, and,,, i kid you not ,once my son found a piece of glass/crystal in his beans, which the manager told me was SALT!
The guest relations lady agreed it was glass, and gave appoligies offering a free taxi to the waterpark as good will..
Getting served a drink at the new pool bar took patience and drinks with dinner in the main resturant before you'd eaten unlikely unless you got it yourself. There were never internet vouchers to be had for the boys, and often there was a good walk around to fill your bottle up with water at night.
The shuttle bus was great, always on time.Saddles and waves staff best. And the staff at Sandy beach treated you like royalty in comparison. To top it all 3 out of 5 of us came home with bad tummys my sister ending up in hospital for 3 days.
