After spending 2 days in Bangkok, we needed to relax, and thats is what Graceland done to myself and 3 mates. On checking in, we were upgraded to a delux room for free. The rooms were spacious, and well set out, with every facility imaginable. The staff were pleasent and helpful, and the hotel was very well maintained. The location of the hotel is out of the busy shopping strip of Patong, but close enough to walk to (10 min). The hotels restaurant put on a great buffet breakfast, and a great dinner. Both pools and spas also great to take a dip in after a days shopping or after a day tour.
Only down side with staying at Gracelands, is when walking out of the main hotel entrance you get jumped on by taxi and Tuk-Tuk drivers - Best to use the entrance and the bottom pool (before 8pm only). Tour desk also available at this hotel, but it pays to shop around and you are bound to find a great deal with a tour group on the shopping strip, with booking yourself outside the hotel, you can talk them down.
All and all it was a great place to stay, and i will be staying again next time i head to Phuket.

From the moment we arrived at the Graceland we knew we were not going to like it. It is meant to be fairly new, but looks very old. We were told it was a 5min walk to the main shopping drag, try 20mins. Check In was fine, but it was when we arrived in the room, that the dramas began. From black mould covering the bathroom ceiling, cigarette burns all over the couch, extreamly uncomfortable beds, and a poorly designed bathroom. There were numerous things wrong with this room, so we called reception and asked to be moved to another room, we were shown 4 differant rooms, all exactly the same as listed above (If not worse). It just wasnt good enough to be our 'home away from home'. We had to stay there for one night while our travel agent found somewhere else for us to stay. So we did get to experience breakfast at the Graceland, too their credit there it was a fantastic variety of food from all over the world, breakfast was great. Would I reccomend this hotel to people? Not a chance, the only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast and that is not a good enough reason to stay there, I would rate it 2 stars. We moved to La Flora and spent 14 amazing nights there. This hotel is HEAVEN, not a thing was wrong with this hotel, I would rate this hotel 5stars. Please also note that the pictures that i have uploaded are from a DELUXE room.

What a resort!! My friend Anne and I came to Patong Beach to relax and be pampered and that is exactly what happened. We had facials, massages, manicures and pedicures. But after a hard day on the massage table, to be able to go back to the Phuket Graceland was amazing.

The staff, the service and the surroundings were all 5 star plus. The food selection at breakfast was incredible, the view from our room (1518) was beautiful. We just can't wait to go back. It was like living in a palace!

Thank you Graceland for making our stay so memorable. We shall return!!!

Good location at the begining of Patong, bit quieter with a number of restaurants and bars within easy reach.

The hotel itself is very big and we stayed in a deluxe seaview room in the main building, room 1416. The room itself was large, good bathroom etc however, you need good eyesight to see the sea!!

Pool and grounds of the hotel are fantastic, plenty of beds, and kept clean.

Breakfast was usual buffet fare, good choice but busy busy.

Found serving staff etc to be great, reception needs work as not helpful if you have an issue.
