we stayed 3 days in Vila Bela Vista and we enjoyed it a lot. The owners are helpful and nice; rooms are clean and comfortable and: Location is fantasic for the views over the big sand dunes... compared to other pousadas it's a little bit further from the main streets of the town, but 5-10 minutes walking in such a place... are not a problem at all.
Would go there again.

Vila Bela Vista is a great international place, which is as adapted for single kite surfer than for families with young kids. The unique style of Patricia and Marcio makes it a very warm place, where everyone get astonished how fast you make friends and feel like home !!
It is all the contrary of a asceptized international chain !

Me & my husband stayed at Vila Bela Vista for four nights as part of a three week stay in Brazil for our honeymoon. Overall, we had lots of fun there & the owners (american lady & brazilian man) are lovely and very freindly and helpful.

Location = fantasic views over the massive sand dunes - loved getting up to these every morning. Right at the end of the beach / village but as jerri is so small this is perfect because you are in a quiet spot but still only a street away from the restaurants & shops.

Food = fantastic breakfast, fresh & healthy & served with a smile every morning!

Staff = all very freindly & eager to make your stay special. We actually looked at buying land in a nearby village and the owners were extremely helpful, taking us to look in their car & telling us all about the laws etc. English speaking.

Kiting = I booked kiting lessons in advance via the hotel with the local kite school. The kite school 4x4 stops at the hotel every morning & drops you off every night at reasonable times to take you to the kite beach - 15 minutes in the 4x4 & a beautiful journey!

Jerri = my favourite place in Brazil by far, what can I say, chilled, excellent food, excellent kiting, gorgeous emplty beaches, great people - cant wait to return......!!!

Villa Bella Vista was wonderful for our family of 5 with 3 girls ages 4,6,8. Jodi (patricia) and Marcio the owner/operators with the fantastic staff and grandma Keri truly made this pousada a home away from home where we felt very safe and welcome. Beautiful Pousada set-up, clean, and we loved the giant toads! BBQ's for guests allowed a friendly atmosphere and get to know one another party. If you speak only english, it was a bonus to stay where you could understand the lingo. The distance away from the village center had pro's and con's that are obvious... quiet and safe. I would highly recommend Villa Bella Vista! Especially for family.
