We run into this small hotel while we were searching a clean hotel in Dalyan. Formly cutted trees and nice plants in the garden had called our attention.
The first advantage, it is in the center of the town, but back of the main street, so that it is not noisy and crowded. You can easily go for dinner in the town center
Breakfast: poor, but very delicious bread from Dalyan bakery.
Rooms: Small, very clean and newly equipmented.
Family hotel: The owners (and also personnel) were so nice and friendly... For example, when we said that we liked the bread in the breakfast, they brought us from the bakery while we were leaving.
Price: It is not too expensive (room+ breakfast)

We absolutely fell in love with this hotel. The family who run it cannot do enough for you. They are pleasant, funny and extremely polite and helpful. The place is spotless and it's just the place if you want good service and hospitality. Dalyan is definitely "one to watch!" Thank you all for your continued good service and I hope we remain friends!

The standard of the rooms, staff, service and gardens are excellent. It is situated in a back street, away from busy traffic. Although it is dearer than most small hotels, most small hotels are not of this high standard. I must admit though, that I grudge paying the high prices only to be kept awake all night, every single night, by cockerels!

Wonderful unspoiled hotel hidden behind a curtain of plants and trees. The spacious, comfortable and clean rooms are reasonably priced. The owners are very welcoming and helpul: They arranged airport pick up, organised some low key (read: uncrowded and different) excursions and even arranged a dental appointment for us!
The swimming pool is crystal clear and quiet. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an "non-package" accommodation in the centre of Dalyan.
