We found this hotel to be a very good choice. We stayed here both precruise, and few of our postcruise days, and in both instances, the room was a clean as could be as was the rest of the property. The rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable and appealing, once you peel off the dreaded bedspread. Why don't all hotels do away with them as Marriott family hotels have done!
The location is good enough, just three blocks from Florida Street and a short walk to the Puerto Madero restaurants. We stayed here part of the time, and part of the time in Ricoleta to get a flavor of a different area. We were happy with both.
The included breakfast is very nice, with loads of fresh fruit, ham and cheese, as well as all kinds of rolls and cereals. My only disappointment was that the decap option was instant coffee, but I quickly got hooked on their excellent chamomille tea.
We had been on a 16 day cruise, so I really appreciated the eight free internet computers that gave me an opportunity to catch up on correspondence. There were always several available.
The staff all were helpful and friendly. though some were more knowledfgeable than others. When they called a cab for me, they always told the cab driver where we were going (as most drivers do not speak English), and told us approximately what it would cost. If we needed anything, such as more kleenex, they sent it to the room within a couple of minutes of my request. My only problem was that the city tour they booked for me was terrible with a very unprofessional guide (in any language) who knew little English.
We used points, so it was especially appealing. However, this is a good choice for anyone.
