We stayed at Dazzler Tower for 7 nights for our honeymoon and were overall very satisfied with our experience.
Check in went very smoothly and while we did our best with what Spanish we do know, it was nice that the staff also knew English. They also were very helpful in arranging a trip to a futbol game our first night, with getting us taxis and restaurant reservations. The photos that you see are very accurate, nothing more and nothing less. They also have 2 computers in the lobby with free internet access for guest. They aren't very fast but it was a nice resource for quickly checking email and area attraction information. The hotel itself is in a great location (walking distance to Calle Florida, Puerto Madero, and many points of interest). The complimentary breakfast is also tasty. You have a choice of fruit, cereal, pastries and choice of eggs scrambled with sausage or without.
The room itself was very comfortable. Comfortable bed & great water pressure (plus a bidet) -the mini bar in the room was great & well stocked with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
There were a few cons: It would have been nice if there was more of a sound barrier (you could hear the toliet flushing in the rooms adjacent to ours). The vent above the hall entrance occasionally dripped (not a big deal to us, but it may be to you) -It would have been nice to have a jacuzzi separate from the pool (which is fairly small). Since they were attached the water wasn't very warm.
However, overall we enjoyed our stay and if there is an opportunity to stay at another hotel under this chain, we would.
Side note: Just as a heads up, Cafe Orleans which is close to the hotel serves up more than just food and should probably be avoided by people traveling with their families (i.e. small children). Now for anyone looking for some adult companionship while in B.A., enter at your own will.
