“Great service and friendly staff.”

My daughter and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Phoenix for two nights. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was very comfortable and overlooked the indoor pool area which is attractively decorated. The next morning my daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool and soaking in the spa.
Shortly after we checked in and got in our room our phone rang, It was Jay from the front desk who asked if everything was okay with our room. Then he proceeded to let me know that I had left my purse on the floor in front of the registration counter (actually my daughter did), so I quickly replied I would be right down to get it. If he had not been so quick to see the purse and let us know, my daughter could have lost the purse and all her credit cards. We really appreciated Jay's quick response.
We will stay at the hotel the next time we are in the area, and will recommend it to others.

“Great hotel”

Being northerners my husband and I loved the colorful southwest appeal of this hotel. After a long drive the friendly and efficient front staff was a delight. They were also good about directions to restaurants and sights.
Our room was comfortable and clean and the bed good. We found the room larger than most hotel rooms.
It was especially nice to have an outdoor and indoor pool - worked well with the weather. The outdoor pool area was clean, colorful and relaxing. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet which was exceptional - the fresh fruit was very good and the coffee super!
We have friend who will be visiting the Phoneix area this fall and have recommended the Crowne Plaza to them.

“Fun in Phoenix”

We returned from Phoenix last week from our stay at the Crowne Plaza. We had an amazing stay - the staff went out of their way to accomodate us. The indoor pool was a godsend as the temperature outside reached into the low 100's. Hotel is close to shopping and the hotel shuttle offered to bring myself and the kids to an amusement park down the street! My husband was delighted at the fun we had and that he was able to bring us. We had a great time!

“Comfortable, Accommodating, and Attentive...”

Despite a musty smell that permeated throughout the hallways of the fourth floor, this hotel was extremely comfortable, accommodating, and attentive to each of my needs. I arrived close to midnight and a staff member was there to great me and get me checked into my room within a ten-minute time frame. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable and provided me with an excellent night's rest. Check out was a snap with the staff member taking less than five minutes to complete my transaction.
Overall, this hotel impressed me and it would most definitely be high atop my list of places to stay for future visits!

“I would definetly Return”

I booked this place at a great deal from priceline and than read some of the reviews here on tripadvisor so I was weary, but went ahead with my stay. I'm glad I did; the front desk supervisor was attentive and friendly, the room was clean and well appointed and room service was typical for a chain hotel. The pool did have the chlorine smell, but it's indoors so somewhat expected for the AZ heat.
