A beautiful setting for both lunch and dinner, excellent service and very affordable. We have had two excellent meals there, and though it is located in what might seem a touristy spot, they take their dining seriously. This is just the place for an upscale dinner that doesn't break the bank or a casual lunch on their patio. Good wine list.

In our opinion, Rene is one of the top three in Sedona (Savannah and Cucina Rustica are the others). The food was excellent, the service was ever-present but unobtrusive. The soft lighting, beautiful decor and the piano music created a very special ambiance, which was only eclipsed by the wonderful dinner we had. I highly recommend Rene. The only problem was in the pronunciation of "Tlaquepaque". It's something Ta-Lack-y-Pack-y. Good luck. Be sure to get there early and browse the shops and galleries, but leave your credit card at home.

We were told that this was one of the best places in Sedona and we were not disappointed. I had organic rack of lamb that was simply the best lamb I have ever eaten! The entire meal was beautifully served. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great time!

Had lunch at Rene's and loved every bite! Wish we'd gone back for dinner. Try the English Pea Cakes appetizer--unusual and really really good. We asked the waitress what was in it and she brought us the recipe from the chef! Delicious desserts, including a complimentary one for the birthday girl in our party. Service was great.
