My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in June and we loved the hotel. We had a deluxe room facing the red rocks; the room had vaulted ceilings, a fire place, a wonderful bed and a nice bathroom. Service was great - no complaints at all. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is only a 5 minute drive from the actual strip of shops in Sedona.

The Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa proved to be an excellent choice for us when considering accomodations in Sedona. RED was the featured color of the hotel, REDs was the name of the restaurant, RED was the color of the gorgeous mountains! The room was spacious, sleek, and very comfortable, and even had a small fridge to hold our drinks. Very quiet and serene! And the pool was just the best place to relax and lose yourself!

“Great option in Sedona”

What a great stay! Beautiful rooms, lovely grounds, good services. Book a room with a fireplace --- you will not regret it. Good location to sites and shopping and dining. Nice outdoor second floor patio with seating and fireplace. Good toiletries. Very comfortable beds. Only things that could be improved are limited pool seating and marginal views from the balconies --- the patios are small and triangular shaped so there is no seating and even booking a deluxe room, you'll have to strain your neck to see much of anything. Highly recommended, and you should check all search engines for a deal. I got a room for $179 versus their website which was charging $229. Have fun and see allof the amazing sites near and far. I drove 1000 miles in one week but saw a lot and enjoyed every minute. Definitely checj out Montezuma's Castle, Chapel of the Holy Cross, Tuzigoot, Jerome (for cheesy fun), and the Meteor Crater. Also did a helipcopter tour - amazing - and an astronomy "tour".

“Decent Hotel”

Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa

3 of 5 stars
Tucson, Arizona
May 26, 2008

We just came back from our Memorial day trip to Antelope Canyon and Oak Creek Canyon. Spent 1 night at Sedona Rouge and found that the price point was a little higher than I would have expected from this hotel. Very average, but I must say the bed was extremely comfortable; and that worked well for us after a day of hiking. Not much of a view from our room (218). Would definitely try L'Auberge next time (tried to book it for this trip but no rooms were available).

“wonderful beds and shower”

Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa

5 of 5 stars
north coastal San Diego County
Apr 10, 2008

We stayed at the Sedona Rouge from April 3 to April 6. Our room was 304 which had vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and walk-in shower. One the best thing about the room was the bed. The sheets were soft and there was an abundance of pillows. There was also a very nice down comforter and lambs wool throw. We could've laid in bed all day and read or watched movies from the flat screen TV. The shower was amazing too. There was no tub but there were 2 shower heads. One was from the top of ceiling and the other was from the side. It felt like being under a warm waterfall. The toiletries were excellent especially the soap. The black out curtains worked very well and there were no appliances that emitted annoying lights at night. There was very little noise. We were across from the upstairs fire pit, but didn't hear any noise from people outside.
At first we were disappointed that weren't closer to Uptown, but in the end we were happy because we were closer to New Horizons natural food store (great place for snacks and drinks) and great restaurants like Coffee Pot Restaurant, Picazzo's.

We would stay at the Sedona Rouge again.
