My husband and I stayed at Cliff Cottage Inn to celebrate our first anniversary. After seraching for hours on the internet and reading all the wonderful reviews and comments about Cliff Cottage, we decided to book our room. We were both so excited at the caliber of service and hospitality we were about to receive. Well, our stay came and went and we never saw the "elf." The parking was next to impossible if your car is bigger than a prius. We weren't able to speak to anyone at the hotel regarding restaurants, clubs, special events, or anything of the like. We never saw one person who worked there during our entire 3 day stay, not even to check in or out. Based on all of the positive reviews about service, we felt very neglected. We will try another b&b on our next visit.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay particularly when a lot of activities are going on in downtown Eureka.
The rooms are absolutely beautiful, the location cannot be beat.
Parked the car when we got there and didn't move it until it was time to go home.
Breakfast is just delicious. Plus all the "extras" are delightful and very much appreciated.
This is our second time to stay at Cliff Cottage and we have stayed in two different suites. They are both lovely. I think we do prefer the Emily Dickinson Suite because it is in the back of the property but still has an overlook of Main Street, therefore, it is a little quieter than Sarah Bernhardt when a lot of activity is going on.
Would definitely recommend Cliff Cottages to friends and family.

This is our 2nd time staying at Cliff Cottages both times in different rooms, and both times it exceeded our expectations. It is a wonderful experience to have your "own front yard" to sit on and relax while you watch all the excitement of downtown Eureka Springs. The hot tub of the master bedroom was secluded, yet felt as though you were right in the middle of the forest.
If you are looking for a place to throw your cares away, unwind, and relax, this is the place to go.

The Sarah Bernhart Suite is great. A little too feminine with all the flowers for a man's taste, but the getaway is always more about taking care of the lady in your life. We both relaxed like never before in our 10 years together.The mountain scenery is beautiful! If I could I would live in this area. Too much to do over one weekend. The "elf" takes very good care of guests and will give you all the privacy you need. Great place for a couple to get away from stress and enjoy each other. We will be back!
