Truly an extraordinary hotel. The rooms are fabulous, the hotel is so cute, and the service is excellent.

I must admit, I was a little intimidated by the name and location being we are not "Beverly Hillians". More like, flip flop wearing, Wal-mart shopping, small town Californians. So when it came time to call and make our reservation for a friend's 40th Birthday/New Years Eve Party, I was apprehensive. I mean, come on...I saw Pretty Woman! I was expecting the pretentious lady in the designer dress shop on the other end of the line trying to direct me to the nearest budget drive-up motel as if she could see what I was wearing on the other end. Well lets just say, all my preconceived ideas and insecurities were squashed the instant the nice young woman answered the phone. She was delightfully helpful and totally unpretentious as she gave me directions and explained the hotel and event. She made me feel so good I couldn't wait for the next month to go by to stay in the motel. However, I was still unsure of what to expect upon our arrival. Once again, pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the nicest, welcoming, charming group of people. The party was on the hotel premises allowing a lot of interaction with the staff as they all worked together to make it a special event for our friend and us! I can't wait to stay there again.
P.S. The room was great too! Very clean, comfortable and quiet!

We've stayed three times, even with our kids, and always look forward to coming back. Small but cozy pool fun for us all, large spacious rooms, awesome location. Food is outstanding.

Can't say enough good things about this place. It may not be the most luxurious hotel in Beverly Hills but it has to be the best. Stylish, relaxed, utterly charming, totally genuine staff, great with kids ... I could go on for pages. Suffice it to say that you won't be disappointed by the Mosaic (although I think it's worth splashing out on a suite if you can). We will return as soon as we can.
