Room was good. Spacious and clean. Bathroom was likewise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

River Terrace Inn was possibly one of the nicest hotels I've every stayed in. The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were awesome, too. The most comfortable beds ever! The furnishings in the room were very high end in my opinion, just don't touch the wine! Haha..long story. The breakfast buffet was sooo amazing. Possibly the nicest free breakfast ever. The patio in the back of the hotel was very nice with a fire pit and it was very quiet and relaxing, along with the clean pool. When in Napa, stay at the River Terrace Inn!

My girlfriends and I recently stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Although the room was a little small, the price and the staff more then made up for it. Everything we asked for to make our stay more comfortable was provided quickly. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to crash after a long day of wine tasting! Also, they have small refridgerators in the room so you can store your own food. Huge bonus.

When we looked at pictures of the River Terrace Inn on the internet, the rooms seemed lovely and spacious, especially since the prices weren't as high as many of the hotels in Napa and it's surrounding areas. Everything was all booked up in Yountville and Ruherford so we went with the River Terrace. The inclusion of a jacuzzi tub and balcony with a view of the river didn't hurt either.
When we pulled up, I was skeptical because it looked like a rather large hotel and I figured it would be cheesy. I was wrong. The rooms are incredibly spacious. Our king sized bed was amazingly comfortable, the bathroom was large and nicely lit with an awesome jacuzzi tub and the balcony is a great place to take in the view with a glass of wine. There was even a nicely lit vanity area outside of the bathroom for me to do my make up.
We walked around and checked out the fire pits and pool area and although we didn't hang out in either, they looked like great places to gather with friends and gab.
All in all, the River Terrace is great. Staff is friendly and efficient and rooms are comfy, quiet and spacious!
