“Misleading Information on their website”

I have never posted a review before, however, I dont want someone else to experience what we did. First, this resort says they are a Disney resort and that Tickets are available in the lobby. When we arrived at 3:00 pm our room wasnt ready, we had to hold the cab 20 min while they processed us only to find out that where we had to check in was not the area we would be staying. The cab cost 80.00 and they provide no shuttle service to the other properties. Secondly, tickets are not available all the time and the agent who said she would be there, was not in. They provide shuttle service to Disney and back but what they fail to advertise or tell you is that their are limited departures. They start at 8:30 am and every hour until 12:30 pm. They have limited departures from Disney and the bus picks up other people from different resorts, so you could be an hour or so getting back to your destination We rented a car. This resort needs to post better and stippulate their policies in full detail. Other than that, the villa was clean and nice. This was my first time to Disney and I must say I was disappointed that they dont offer very many rides for kids. Its all commercial. If they had as many rides as they do gift shops, side vendors and food shops, it would be great. I hope this will help someone.

“Once Again Very Nice”

Our 4th stay with this operator, and as in the past we had a very nice time. Excellent villa--very clean, well appointed and close to the attractions of Orlando. Good service from a very friendly staff. We particularly like the good computer access, quality TV service (usually skinny at such places), and great convenience to Disney and shopping. As before, we had a roomy villa that was super for our family of 5. This has all the resort condo features that one expects, but with extras like a free shuttle bus to Disney and 24 hr. customer service. A great value price. We will stay again.

“Good except one major problem”

Rooms are very spacious but everything inside is of average quality. Customer service was above average.
Internet at their booking office was free but the ones in their other condo complex was very expensive.
Biggest problem - The place is full of lizards. There were couple of them dancing on our front door. Never let your kids play on grass aound these villas.

“Beware- Bed Bugs!!!!”

DO not stay here!!! Bedbugs IN multiple rooms!!! Got a staph infection from bugs and have pictures/docs note proving it, VILLAS DO NOT return calls regarding reimbursement!!!BEWARE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to be SUBJECTED TO UNCLEAN/UNSANITARY conditions!!

“Holiday Villas- Lucaya Village Resort: Fantastic”

This is a beautiful new place not far from the Disney parks that offers huge town home villas that are beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Ours was a 4 bedroom type with two floors. The lower floor contained a master bedroom, living room, dining room and complete kitchen. Upstairs included 3 more bedrooms including a second master and a laundry room with a convenient washer and dryer. The 3 bathroooms were huge and plush by most standards. The villa included a flat screen TV, hair dryers and ample windows. It was light and airy with well coordinated decor. The grounds of the place are beautiful and lush and the setting is excellent, being close to everything but not on a busy highway. We were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk and the staff was uniformly pleasant. The pool is lovely and they have a guest computer room which is all complimentary. A super find and well worth the rate. We wil definitely come back when we visit again.
