Stayed 3 weeks with spouse and 3 kids. Nice, confortable, well equipped, clean, spacious, situated in a quiet neighborhood, well furnished, conveniently located a few blocks from a Walt Mart SUPERmarket, well located, near all main Orlando attracions and theme parks, using A192 which drives you to any place. Found difficult in finding it when arrived in Kissimmee. The best way to get into it: Going through A192, located between Medieval Times Castle and Walt Mart. If you come from the east in on your left, if from the west on your right.
We really enyoyed thoroughly our 14 days spent ther. Worth to be recommended.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse Jan. 11-19th, 2008.
There were three bedrooms, one with two twins put together to make a king, one with two twins, and a master bedroom with master bath and a balcony.
At first we didn't think the beds would be comfy because they didn't look comfy, but they turned out to be very comfortable, very firm.
The linens were the only thing we could complain about. They were very hard~stiff. Like they were startched or something! They were inexpensive sheets and a fuzzy cover like you find in a mediocre hotel. The bedspreads were thin and outdated, we didn't use them.
I really think they should upgrade the linens ~ it was the only thing we didn't like.
Hapimag is in a gated community. We felt very safe. It was convenient to the attractions ~ about a 20 minute drive to everything. Worth it to be away from the maddness.
We had a wonderful stay, starting with the check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The house was wonderful and spacious and very clean.
There was a full size laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
There were sliding glass doors in the LR with a security bar on them.
There was a deadbolt, extra features to help make you feel secure.
It was very quiet, we didn't even have any neighbors!
I would recommend Hapimag to anyone wanting a nice clean and quiet place to stay, and that wants to stay somewhere extra nice and above average.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom townhouse, great accommodation and excellent value. Lots of space for 6 people, very clean and well equipped. Pick this resort after reading the reviews on trip advisor and wasn't disappointed. Highly recommended.

We had a 14 night stay in a three bedroom townhouse on the Hapimag site which is on The Lake Berkley Resort.

It would be very hard to knock these townhouses they are very clean tidy and spacious. Big refrigerator, cooking utensils, washing machine/ dryer etc, Air Conditioning and a safe in the master bedroom. There was a TV in the master bedroom and in the lounge area. There is a Pepsi machine in the pool area and a candy bar/crisps machine.

Although this is a complex of private townhouses and villas there is a reception area on the complex that is opened from 8am to early evening. The staff were helpful and there are lots of leaflets on the attractions, postcards for sale which they will post for you very cheaply. Internet access is also available while reception is opened for a small fee.

There are phones in the house but there is also a payphone outside reception if you don’t want to let the bill build up. We bought phone cards from Wal-Mart which made life easier.

There were a few minor problems but nothing that would stop us from returning to this accommodation.

I booked flights with Virgin Atlantic from the UK and booked the property online through Broadway Travel.

Originally I was going to have a car when this accommodation was booked but in the end we did not have a car. It can be a bit tricky if you are not going to have a car but not impossible to get around. Wal-Mart and 192 highway are about a 15 minute walk from the Resort gates or the equivalent of 5 UK pounds in a cab. We got around mainly by a cab driver (Jim) who came highly recommended from Hapimag. He gives reasonable rates and is reliable.

Trips to the theme parks in UK currency worked out to about £15 pounds each way.

A Cab to the Kissimmee Old Town where there are loads of shops, restaurants and amusements worked out to about £7 pounds each way. You can also get a free coach to Busch Gardens here. Ponderosa on the opposite side to the big wheel in Old Town is highly recommended for nice and good priced dinner.
