We just recently returned from our stay at Hapimag Lake Berkley. We were concerned that it was a bit out of the way and having stayed on Disney Property and also rented condo's in the past, we were not sure what to expect, but were certainly willing to try a new place to stay this time. I would say we are certainly glad we did. Once we made it to the property, and got a feel for the location, it really is only a comfortable 15 min distance from the parks. We rented a 3 bedroom townhouse and it was very nice. Being a gated community it is secure and we certainly felt safe. The house was clean and everything was provided as promised. The staff is friendly and courteous upon checkin. Getting settled was no problem at all.

This is located behind a Wal Mart and there is a Super Target just down the road. Lots of places to eat, although spending days at the parks gave us little chance to experience the restaurants near Hapimag,

Certainly we will be coming back to Hapimag. For the price this is one of the better buys in Kissimmee and I would reccomend it to anyone with children. These townhomes are not top of the line, so don't book expecting luxury accomodations, but for most travelers they do represent a very nice alternative to a hotel. Don't be afraid of this place. You will have a great time!

Stayed 1 week, with 4 adults and 2 kids ages 7 and 3. It was a very nice resort. We were across from the office. We used the offices' wireless connection with laptop at night. It was very clean, but could use a paint job and new flooring. There was a lot of storage, really big closets. Nice kitchen, washer and dryer. Our unit had a resident squirrel that hung out on the front trellis. As well as every morning the family of possums hung out upside down in the backyard tree. The kids got a kick out of them. The beds were comfortable, but a little weird. They had 2 twin beds pushed together to make a king. I never got used to the 2 flat twin sheets, it would have been nice to have a flat king sheet. Not a big deal, minor inconvenience. We went to the pool a few times, it was really nice. The playground was really nice and was covered with a shade tent. It was close to everything. We shopped at a Super Target down the street and had a much nicer shopping experience than with Wal-Mart. For the price, it was a great place. I would stay here again anytime.

Stayed 3 weeks with spouse and 3 kids. Nice, confortable, well equipped, clean, spacious, situated in a quiet neighborhood, well furnished, conveniently located a few blocks from a Walt Mart SUPERmarket, well located, near all main Orlando attracions and theme parks, using A192 which drives you to any place. Found difficult in finding it when arrived in Kissimmee. The best way to get into it: Going through A192, located between Medieval Times Castle and Walt Mart. If you come from the east in on your left, if from the west on your right.
We really enyoyed thoroughly our 14 days spent ther. Worth to be recommended.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse Jan. 11-19th, 2008.
There were three bedrooms, one with two twins put together to make a king, one with two twins, and a master bedroom with master bath and a balcony.
At first we didn't think the beds would be comfy because they didn't look comfy, but they turned out to be very comfortable, very firm.
The linens were the only thing we could complain about. They were very hard~stiff. Like they were startched or something! They were inexpensive sheets and a fuzzy cover like you find in a mediocre hotel. The bedspreads were thin and outdated, we didn't use them.
I really think they should upgrade the linens ~ it was the only thing we didn't like.
Hapimag is in a gated community. We felt very safe. It was convenient to the attractions ~ about a 20 minute drive to everything. Worth it to be away from the maddness.
We had a wonderful stay, starting with the check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The house was wonderful and spacious and very clean.
There was a full size laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
There were sliding glass doors in the LR with a security bar on them.
There was a deadbolt, extra features to help make you feel secure.
It was very quiet, we didn't even have any neighbors!
I would recommend Hapimag to anyone wanting a nice clean and quiet place to stay, and that wants to stay somewhere extra nice and above average.
