Short and quick: Above and beyond courteous staff, clean, and comfortable. Free airport shuttle. Recommended.

This was an unexpected "find." My daughter's plane to Miami was delayed and she did not arrive in Miami until 12:30 am, so we had to find a place for her to stay last minute. We called the hotel directly and spoke with the young man at the front desk. He was very helpful. He told us the airport shuttle was making its last run, so he contacted the driver by radio and let him know who he was looking for at the airport and helped us get our daughter to the location of the shuttle pick up. He told us what the shuttle looked like, the name of the driver, and what he was wearing. (I'm sure he picked up on our concern of a young lady traveling by herself, late at night.) Then he booked the reservation. The rate we were given earlier when we called was no longer available, however he gave us the lower rate since that was what we were quoted earlier. When my daughter checked in, we discovered that she was booked into a suite. She said the room was great - clean and comfortable and we should stay there the next time we go to Miami. I wish all hotels were this helpful!

My family stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise the next day. The hotel has free shuttle service to the property and one can purchase their "cruise" package which will prepay a shuttle to the pier the next day. It all worked very smoothly. The hotel has several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

I picked the title for my review for 2 reasons. The good reason was that there actually is a guard at the front gate that you have to pass in order to drive in. The bad reason was that the side entrance to the hotel's door was broken and unlocked all night (you are supposed to swipe your card to enter). There were a few sketching people hanging out in the parking lot also but they were probably just guests.

We picked this hotel for a shopping-Miami trip and the location was perfect for that. It is pretty central to the major shopping centres. It is about a 30min drive from Miami Beach so if you're looking for nightlife this is not the place to stay.

Our room was clean but it was right next to a generator which was a bit noisy.

The best part of our stay was the breakfast in the morning. It was a great selection and the staff was very friendly. I will not stay here again though on my next visit because there are many other hotels nearby to try.

The setting is convenient for the airport and there is a regular shuttle service. On the downside its miles from anywhere so you definately need a car.
The staff are friendly enough and the public areas are good.
The rooms are big, clean and the beds are fantastic, free internet access too.
The 'restaurant' only opens for breakfast and theres no bar so evening meals will be walking or driving - or you can get something from the 'Market' which is a small fridge next to reception with a couple of sandwiches in it.
Would I stay again? As a tourist no, as a one nighter before going to the airport the next day, yes.
Note this is a 100% no smoking hotel.
