I'm a huge fan of the Cleveland Renaissance, however I think the Peabody may be my new favorite. I booked through a package deal that went along with the Citrus Bowl and I couldn't be more pleased with the Universities hotel choice. I'll be back in Orlando in March and I already have booked my room at the Peabody. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were roomy and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great, there is everything you need in International drive. Pointe Orlando is very near by and we made our way to Maggiano's and Capital Grille for dinner. We didn't dine at the restaurants at the Peabody, but we did grab a sandwich at the B-line express (cafe type place in hotel), it was nice to have that option directly in our hotel.

My wife and I spent a weekend at the Peabody and absolutely loved it. It is head and shoulders above other Orlando hotels in the same price range.

We did have one complaint about time it took to get seating in one of the Peabody's restaurants, but overall the staff was friendly and very attentive. The room was clean, well-appointed (even down to the duck-shaped soap) and the bedding was comfortable.

I would strongly recommend the Peabody for anyone looking for a reasonably priced luxury hotel in Orlando. You could stay at a Ritz or a Four Seasons and spend hundreds more while experiencing just a slight difference in customer services.

My only regret is that I never got to see the ducks!

One of my best stays. Hotel staff is extremely courteous. hotel has range of amenities and is very well located. They provided me a room exactly according to requests I made in Expedia reservation. Whatever problem I faced was attended to fast. Swimming pool, whirlpool. tennis courts and ducks were extra benefits. Only issue was extremely narrow parking spots which made it difficult to even park a compact car with big turning radius

Oh boy, I wish I had read the reviews first. They are on the mark. They charge for everything after the monster price for the room. We were promised king and we got double next to the elevator. Which do not stay within 100 ft. or stay awake, you choose. The rooms were nice but no coffe maker. Is it me or does anyone else need coffee without going all the way downstairs between 5 am to 7am for coffee. Well , I am not happy but some are. Just will not go back. In fairness, the hotel was very well kept and had a lot of things going on.
