We stayed here for one night after reading the reviews on the TripAdvisor website. The place was very clean and the staff was accommodating. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Great for families as it had good amenities for those with kids. Felt secure in both the room and the parking lot. Only thing I would change is to add vending machines (I didn't find any in the hotel). You could purchase drinks downstairs but it was a long walk from our room and I paid over $2 for a small bottle of water.

The first night, my car was broken into. I was not the only one. The front desk confirmed there were about ten break in's that night. They were busy writing reports. The perps didn't get anything, because I didn't leave anything in my car. The thing that burned me up was the reaction from the hotel manager and staff. They informed me that it was a public parking lot. Anyone could come and go as they pleased. They said they would never install cameras, it would make them liable! Imagine that!. Apparently they have had a rash of breakins, but his hotel only gives you the information needed to go online to file a police report. I will never stay at a residence inn again. They certainly don't make you feel safe!

Just back from 17 nts in the res inn. booked this hotel primarily based on reviews on this site and overall was not disappointed. Hotels proximity to seaworld, discovery cove, outlets, etc., a definite plus. As previously posted, breakfast time queues were ridiculous. We had a 1 bed suite, decor was a bit dated, but 2 tvs, comfortable beds were a plus. swimming pool area clean and complimentary towels handy too. Pizza hut food quite disappointing but would do at end of long day in parks.

The stay was absolutely wonderful!
Large rooms with up to three total beds (including the fold-out sofa). Uncomfortable furniture, however, knocks the ranking down to four stars. The beds are great, though!
Gorgeous pool - the "back yard" is really first-rate. However, Marriott may want to consider a softer volley ball. The current one is hard on the forearms.

Our room included a gorgeous view of the pool - one that could not be compared.
There is plenty of space, and that is a good note if you do not travel lightly.

Note - before you get settled in, take a trip to Publix for groceries, as the only food available on-site is Pizza Hut... and they do not deliver.

Another good thing, is the free wireless internet. It made our stay all the better. Not to mention that it is a very, very short drive from the hotel to SeaWorld and other Busch parks.
