This is a former Ramada Inn. During the summer of 2006 it became independently-owned and it's now called "Winter Park Inn". It is an older motel, but it's well-cared for and the management does a good job of keeping it clean, a rarity for a budget motel. The rooms have a fridge and microwave, and they offer a complimentary breakfast. I think this motel is a very good value for the money.

The motel is located at the intersection of Lee Road and US17-92.

There are lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Winter Park Village, a large fashionable shopping area, is right across the street.

I've stayed here several times on business trips. It's a good choice for an inexpensive, clean place to stay, if you don't mind staying in an older motel. My only gripe is that they don't have PBS on their TV channel lineup. They do offer HBO movies, however.
