This is the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel in my life. I set-up a room at the hotel for a very high level business associate and when this person arrived they were told there was no reservation under the name which it was reserved under. The hotel sent this person away to find another hotel. The hotel then called the next day and said that the guest didn't show. The General Manager of the hotel then accused my business associate of lying. The hotel said that the night attendant read off all of the names of people that did not arrive and that she did not recognize any of them. This is a complete lie by the hotel. The hotel then went on to charge the credit card for a room that was never used. I do not recommend that anyone ever stay at this hotel again. When you are dealing with a General Manager of a business that would even consider this type of accusation, then I beleive that there may be a lack of moral principles involved. I couldn’t imagine recommending this hotel to anyone ever again.
