I knew when i opened the door to our room to a very fowl stench. that something was wrong. That was only the beginning, There was mold in the bath tub, rust on the door frames, rust on the mini fridge, The beds were so old that they sank to middle. I would not stay here again.

Excellent shuttle from the airport and the appearance of the hotel was most attractive after a long flight.
The front desk staff were most helpful on several occassions, even printing out a map of a route to the best local mall.
The breakfast room was clean and attractive and a good range of food was on offer.
There was no discernable airport noise. A good choice of food outlets were within walking distance. An excellent hotel for a short stay after a long flight.
The price was budget but the facilities were very Excellent.
La-Fiesta has great food too. Also honours your delta Vouchers.

Delta put my husband and I up in the hotel. First I received the wrong bill and had to get off the shuttle when it was time to depart and get the correct bill. We had vouchers for the room. My credit card was billed. I cannot get a straight answer from the accounting department. First I was told the name didn't match the name on the vouchers. Is only 1 voucher accepted per room? Then I was told the amount on the voucher is the amount I was supposed to be charged. I don't think I'm getting the correct answers. It's frustrating. The room was nice and clean.

I, like many others who have reviewed this hotel, was sent there by Delta Airlines when I voluntarily gave up my seat on a flight. The shuttle was nice and the drive short to the hotel. The front desk clerks were nice and helpful. The rooms were being renovated and when the elevator stopped and I got off on my floor, the carpet was missing with only rug pad showing. (That should have been my first clue...) The room was a basic hotel room of a 2 star standing. The bathroom was sufficent with some mildew and dirt being "overlooked" by the housekeeping staff. The beds were not comfortable, but the sheets were clean. I was placed next to the employee computer training room so I had access to hi-speed internet with their computers. The breakfast the following morning was above average. Overall, not terrible, but I would never stay there again. The area looks a bit unsafe. Other hotesl in the area were much nicer: The Crowne Plaza and Country Inn and Suites looked much nicer and newer. I can only assume that Delta gets quite a deal at this hotel...under $50 per night, I'm sure. Delta should really reconsider its policy of sending its customers here. They owe those who are inconvenienced much more!
