Stayed here on a cross-country trip; glad we were exhausted b/c too far from city/anything to reallyenjoy. Very suburban, & pretty far off the I-70 route. Pet-friendly A++++; fair & friendly about pets. Clean but very dated, older bathrooms, next to a mall (but it closes earlier than I anticipated). Close to a Ruth's Chris (which shares a parking lot with a Bob Evans & a Mc'D's - to give you some perspective). Directions on web site were wrong. Staff was VERY nice (to be expected from any SPG hotel), but felt rushed from valet & also hard parking issues - it was raining the morning of our departure & the front entrance had virtually no canopy (we were traveling X-country, needed to put my top down to load some luggage & my car got soaked; no real options to avoid this - needs some better coverage). Room service fast, friendly & fine. Again, great staff all around.
