We stayed here on a cross country trip. The property is quiet, especially for being next to the interstate. It is well-maintained, and everything is extremely clean and well-cared for. You could see that the furniture had been freshly vacuumed. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The only negative I can see is that the bathrooms are somewhat small, but who cares when you are only staying a night or two, or if you don't both try to crowd in at the same time! A very positive experience, and proof that following Trip Advisor recommendations works!

-Thugs hanging out in the lobby
-waited 25 minutes at 1:00am for front desk clerk to appear at checkin
-stained carpets everywhere
-slowest elelator on the face of the earth
-poor bar staff (rude and unhelpful)
-no compl. breakfast for plats.
-kids inundate the place on the weekends
-smells like smoke in many common areas
-ran out of hot water at 4:00am before a flight
-heating/ac can't keep a constant temp

If I was not 3 nights short of Platinum Status renewal in December, I would not stay here again.

Pros- it's cheap. But expect what you pay what.....

We were on a return trip from the Creation Museum near Cincinnati and it was getting time to stop, so we jumped off I-75 in Lexington and checked out a few motels at that exit.

We ended up at the Four Points Sheraton because it looked the best on the exterior and had a decent rate.

We were received kindly at the front desk and proceeded to our room. It was tastefully decorated, clean and had digital controls for the climate controls.

The beds were comfortable, but the HVAC unit constantly cycled on and off all night. It would have been better if the fan stayed on between cycles to help mask noises. Not that it was a noisy hotel...

We were disappointed that there was no continental breakfast, only coffee. They did have a nice restaurant with a $8 buffet breakfast, which was well stocked, but understaffed.

Overall, it was kind of pricey (~$90/night), esp. since there was no continental breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel just recently for three nights while attending
a tax seminar held there during the day. The rooms were poorly
cleaned and I felt dirty the whole stay. The carpeting throughout
the hotel was filthy and needed replacing in many areas.
The tablecloths in the restaurant were nasty--and we were told
to find a table with the cleanest tablecloths. Needless to say,
we left. The service was bad and employees were scarce.
There were stains on my bedspread and the bathroom wash basin had a horrible crack in it. I will never stay there again.
