I highly recommend staying at the Marriott Courtyard in Hyannis. The hotel lobby and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a convenient location to the mall, movies, stores, restaurants, and attractions. The only thing missing was a restaurant and bar in the hotel. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast only but it would've been nice to have at least a bar for drinks. It's not that big of a deal because there are so many nice restaurants in the area. Also, the pool and fitness center were clean.

As the other reviewers have stated, this property is well located, clean and well kept, with good staff. The room includes a refridgerator. My only nitpick is that, as with other Courtyard properties, the HVAC is not central, but a wall unit, and they tend to be noisier. I think I woke up every time mine kicked on. If this bothers you, consider how you can best address this issue before you have a restless night as well!

As other reviewers below have stated, this is a great hotel choice when staying on Cape Cod (and if you quality for the Government Rate, it's a steal at $89/night!!). The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful (regardless of the request), and the location is excellent for exploring Cape Cod. If you're Starbucks junkies like us, there is a Starbucks in the Barnes & Noble Bookstore in the mall located next to the hotel (or if you prefer Dunkin' Donuts coffee, there is one directly across the street from the hotel), and the hotel keeps coffee available in the lobby 24/7 for the guests. They Hyannis waterfront is a short drive away (too far to walk, since it's about 2.5 miles in distance). There are lots of breakfast options around town that are close to the hotel including Panera Bread (across street and one block to the left). Highly recommended.

This was our second visit to Hyannis Courtyard this year. Still simply amazingly relaxing! The place is immaculate. Management hasn't missed a beat. There's plenty of room for guests - whether it be in the lobby, restaurant or pool area - to feel that they have this place pretty much to themselves. Our room was wonderfullly situated on the first floor, courtyard facing, not far from the indoor pool and exercise room - just as requested. The beds are beyond comfy - one can just lie down and melt! This time we did use the large, impeccably maintained pool for an evening dip. There is a lifeguard on duty at all times. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. Another very pleasant experience!
