Part of our New England vist during Octaboer 2007, we had a 2 night stay at the Courtyard in Hyannis on Cape Cod. The hotel had recently been renovated so was in pristine condition throughout. On arrival everything was prepared ok with very helpful staff. The rooms were large and comfortable and the restaurant provided a good breakfast menu, although it was not open at other times - this was not a problem as there were many restuarants close by/ a short drive away. The hotel adjoins the car park to Hyannis shopping mall and is only a short distance to Hyannis town centre and Hyannis Port. We used the Courtyard and Hyannis as our base visting Marthas Vineyard, Kennedy family and other Cape Cod sights. Overall a comfortable quiet hotel, and I would stay at the Courtyard if we visited the area again.

I highly recommend staying at the Marriott Courtyard in Hyannis. The hotel lobby and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a convenient location to the mall, movies, stores, restaurants, and attractions. The only thing missing was a restaurant and bar in the hotel. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast only but it would've been nice to have at least a bar for drinks. It's not that big of a deal because there are so many nice restaurants in the area. Also, the pool and fitness center were clean.

As the other reviewers have stated, this property is well located, clean and well kept, with good staff. The room includes a refridgerator. My only nitpick is that, as with other Courtyard properties, the HVAC is not central, but a wall unit, and they tend to be noisier. I think I woke up every time mine kicked on. If this bothers you, consider how you can best address this issue before you have a restless night as well!

As other reviewers below have stated, this is a great hotel choice when staying on Cape Cod (and if you quality for the Government Rate, it's a steal at $89/night!!). The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful (regardless of the request), and the location is excellent for exploring Cape Cod. If you're Starbucks junkies like us, there is a Starbucks in the Barnes & Noble Bookstore in the mall located next to the hotel (or if you prefer Dunkin' Donuts coffee, there is one directly across the street from the hotel), and the hotel keeps coffee available in the lobby 24/7 for the guests. They Hyannis waterfront is a short drive away (too far to walk, since it's about 2.5 miles in distance). There are lots of breakfast options around town that are close to the hotel including Panera Bread (across street and one block to the left). Highly recommended.
