“The Sea Coast Inn is a wonderful place to stay!”

The Sea Coast Inn was the first stop on our road trip after arriving from Queensland, Australia and I can't speak too highly of the welcome given to us by our hosts Al and Terri.
Al greeted us at the desk, told us that we had been upgraded to a king-sized bed and then offered to make us coffee!
Terri arranged our tickets for the ferry to Nantucket the following day and even offered to give us a lift. She was down at the ferry picking up tickets when we returned and offered us a lift again but we were heading to Spanky's Clam Shack for dinner. This was a great place to eat if you like seafood! Al and Terrii recommended places to eat, routes to take and supplied us with maps. They did this for everyone who stayed there. What wonderful caring people they are!
The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable but there is no pool (which we didn't need anyway)
A continental breakfast is included in the price and we talked with the other happy guests- it was a really friendly place.Terri even gave us a gift when we left - unbelievable!
Do yourself a favour and stay here the next time you visit Cape Cod - I know we will!

I booked the SeaCoast Inn for my grandparents. We planned a trip for them to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They were all over the Northeast on a 2 week vacation and out of all the places they stayed, Seacoast Inn was not only the cheapest, but their favorite. Not only is it in an incredible location (when they say you can walk to the ocean... you can walk to the ocean. If my almost 70 yr. old grandparents can, you know it's close!), but the owners are nothing short of SPECTACULAR!
In the weeks leading up to the trip, I emailed them several times asking various questions as my grandparents can be a bit picky about their accomadations. They always repsonded within a day! Terri even suggested that she'd be sure to get a ground floor room for them so they wouldn't have to do stairs. I hadn't even thought of that!! We mailed a package to my grandparents so they'd have a surprise waiting for them upon their arrival, and Terri helped us get it to them! Just through dealing with her purely through email, I couldn't have been happier with Terri's service.
My grandparents were even more impressed. She had candy waiting for them upon their arrival and went out of her way suggesting good places to visit and of course, helping them get ferry tickets. She even drove them down to the ferry!! On top of that, the room was clean and comfortable. My grandparents are not the kind of people that generally enjoy staying in hotels (so many people have been there... they're dirty... they hate that it's not "their" bed.. etc.), but they couldn't stop raving about this place and how clean it was! They also LOVED the convenience of the kitchennette (even though they were only there for 2 nights... they're the type of people that want to be able to do things their own way if they want... meals included!)
I have never been to Cape Cod, but if I ever get up that way, you can bet I'll be staying at Seacoast. It's so rare that you find people that do their jobs THAT well and are THAT helpful nowadays. This was definitely another case of tripadvisor stearing me in the right direction!

We stayed here for two nights in early October, having booked on the recommendation of other trip advisor reviews. We are happy to say that the Seacoast lived up to its reputation. Terri & Al are great hosts, very friendly & obliging, with nothing being too much trouble, even getting ferry tickets for us. The room was quiet, clean & spacious, and Terri kindly offered to let us keep our room for as long as we needed it, as we were flying home that evening. When we checked out Terri presented us with a box of the local Salt Water Taffy which was a pleasent surpise. If we are ever back in Hyannis we'll definitely stay there again. Beautifully clean, up-market B&B. Well situated for sight seeing and restaurants. Terri and Al made us feel so at home that we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when we return to Cape Cod. They are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble. All hotel owners should be like this. Thank you Al for your interesting chats, it helped us to understand America better.

All of the reviews you will read are TRUE with NO exaggerations! We were here in September of this year and because of the perfect stay we had at Seacoast , we visited the Cape for one last time before the winter. Nothing but the best again! Perfect room atmosphere. Bathrooms could not have been cleaner thanks to the great cleaning personnel. Great breakfast in the am and great owners. The best part of staying here is the hospitality of the owners, Terri and AL. They are wonderful personable hosts who treat everyone of their guests with respect and kindness. I am sure at the end the season they must be tired, but you would never see it! They will do anything for you to make your trip to Cape Cod the best trip you could ever have! This hotel is 5 min from the ocean and then you can walk the ocean for miles, it is great! If you are looking for the best place to stay in Hyannis or in Cape Cod this is the place for you. The price of the room is phenominal. We have paid double and triple for places that are well over rated and not clean. This is a hotel you will come back to again and again once you come, trust me! Thank you to Terri and AL for such a great place! m dephtereos
