We saw the great reviews for Country Acres here on TripAdvisor, and decided to spend two nights while exploring the Cape. My wife and I were first-time visitors, and the Country Acres was a great spot to stay, as it was in the middle of it all.

While booking the hotel several months prior to our stay, the owner offered us a free upgrade to their cottage since it was available for the two nights we wanted to stay. What an amazing upgrade that was - if you can get the cottage, get it! It's perfect!

A nice large living room with TV, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV in the bedroom, a full kitchen, our own parking spot...we only wish we could have stayed longer. The cottage would be perfect for a family of four or five, as the living room would be large enough for an air mattress or just to sleep on the couch.

The owners were very accommodating and helpful, and the grounds were well kept. The owners live on site, and there was some clutter as the grandkids must have been visiting, but this wasn't a big deal. The rates were super reasonable - even more so since we received a complimentary upgrade.

Overall: a perfect place to stay on the Cape. Close to everything yet secluded, we will definitely return!

I had a wonderful stay at this motel just last month. The hospitality of the owners is outstanding; they answer questions and make suggestions on a wide variety of topics. The room and grounds are spotless, and the cost is very reasonable for this area. I stayed in the smallest room they have and was very pleased. My only suggestion would be to very portly guests: the shower stall is tiny; ask about their large or extra large rooms. This is now my motel of choice for the Upper Cape.

We found the best motel on the Cape - Country Acres Motel. This family run business is operated by a young couple and their two children. They were the most helpful, curious people we've ever met. Their motel was clean, affordable, and had many "extras". The spacious rooms came with a microwave, refrigerator, and a blow dryer! In the morning you can enjoy your continental breakfast in the sunroom or in the gazebo. The large in ground pool is very private and quiet. The Owners were very helpful in assisting us in seeing all the sites on Cape Cod. We had the most pleasant experience ever.

We just stayed at the most pleasant motel on Cape Cod. The rooms were clean, the pool was clean, the grounds were just immaculate, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The owners were so helpful in providing directions and suggestions to points of interest. We will be booking with them again next year for sure.
