the outpost motel is a small quiet place the manager was a very nice lady. the rooms are very homie and comfortable. it is just an average little motel. there was alot of weekly renters who work all day so it is very peaceful.pet friendly i have two small dogs.
its clean outside as well as inside. there is a little area with washers and dryers as well as an ice machine and soda machine.
i would recommend the outpost to everyone who would like to take a nice quiet getaway

Recommended by local Kennel Club as pet-friendly but I was the only meet attendee staying there and the front "desk" wasn't too keen about the dogs. Wedged in between a small casino (The Mugshot) and an RV lot, this old, worn, dangerous motel should never be used. The office had bars on the door and desk, there were no amenities (like ice), the non-smoking room reeked, broken glass was all over the parking lot, there was only a door knob button-type lock--no chain, the bathroom was caked with filth, no phone, I could go on and on. Dirty men's undergarments in the parking lot one morning. Noisy from traffic.
Why did I stay? Because I had no where else to go. I knew no one, had never been to that part of metro Vegas and had two small dogs with me. The place should be burned.
