Our family of four spent 7 nights at Ocean 105. It is a private villa right on the on the ocean in Malmok Aruba. This is one of the few villas right on the Ocean Front. The villa is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home complete with complete kitchen, living room and fantastic veranda from which to watch the incredible sunsets. There is coin-operated laundry on the premises also. The property manager, Lynn, was extremely friendly and helpful. Our only problem was a wasp nest on the veranda. We told the property manager and she took care of it quickly.
There was a paid security gaurd on the premises from 9:00pm to 7:00am every night. We always felt safe in the villa and actually everywhere on the island. The rate for the villa was very reasonable.
The location was 5 minutes from 3 of the most beautiful beaches in the world and about 15 minutes from the island's main town of Oranjastead.

Loved the location and the layout of the apartment. Lynn was most helpful and sincerely wanted us to have a comfortable, safe, and
memorable experience. She upgraded us to a larger suite since it was available, which we greatly appreciated. Many tourists take boats to get to the nearby snorkelling site, but we had the convenience of just walking over ( just a few yards away) and choosing quiet times of the day. I liked being separated from the larger hotels, and the busier beach areas. I would definitely return to Ocean 105, if I have the opportunity, and I would stay longer.

My wife Freda and myself spent 16 days at ocean 105 this past January and February during Carnival. The owners were most friendly and hosted a appetizer-wine get together each Wednesday just before sunset. The aprtment was spacious with great air-conditioning. The only drawback was a smaller than average bathroom. The cooking facilities were excellent as we prepared 1/2 of our meals there daily. Although we only snorkeled once, the experience was wonderful with the coral and fish in shallow water. Many people came to this beach to snorkel. You will not be disappointed!! We have been vacationing in Aruba for 13 years and this is at the top of the list of places to stay. The beach next to the apartments is great and the views of the ocean and the sunsets are spectacular. It is located close to Tierra Del Sol Golf course which is a real plus for us. Hotels, restaurants and casinos are near also. The apartment was very clean and well maintained along being very nicely decorated. The Property Manager's office is on site and she absolutely goes out of her way to provide a great experience for the guests--even assisted us with dinner reservations! They even provide cell phones for the guests use! We have already made reservations for a return visit!! If you want to stay there you need to book the reservation as eary as possible as there are only four apartments and they seem to be always full!
