The hotel is in a good part of town right next to the lake which was a major plus. The front desk didnt really seem to care the desk clerk was not rude just not attentive. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we were given 2 double beds even though it was my boyfriend and myself. The beds were very comfortable but the room smelled horrible like someone had allowed their pet to go to the bathroom on the carpet multiple times we also got a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. The bathroom was kinda dirty and moldy but it did the job.The furniture was old and worn out it was not one of the better Days Inn's I've ever stayed at. I wouldnt stay again unless I had too.

We arrived in Nashville expecting to have a choice of hotels but 30,000 visitors apparently arrived for a walking fundraiser meaning we had to try several motels before finding this one. $79 but old, smokey when we had asked for a non-smoking room, definitely not clean, and Internet did not work. I would never stay again.

The hotel itself was a little run-down. The receptionist said that he didn't get much passing trade, so gave us a AAA discount that we shouldn't really have been entitled to. The location was a little disappointing to start with. It wasn't a great neighbourhood but we found an awesome Cracker Barrel a couple of minutes walk away. The breakfast was good, although there weren't enough seats. The room was pretty average but clean enough.
