We stayed at the Courtyard for 3 nights while vacationing in Dallas. It's a great location, right off the North Tollway and not too far to hwy 121 (but quiet - our room faced the inner courtyard / pool, and the only noise we had to deal with was the kids running in the room upstairs - fortunately that didn't last too long.) . You can walk, or take the free hotel shuttle, to the shops and restaurants at Legacy Park, a couple blocks away.

The staff were all very friendly & helpful, the hotel was clean and I appreciated the PC and printer in the lounge with free internet access - very handy for printing maps and checking out restaurants. The room was comfortable, although nothing special - very much a basic modern motel room feel. There was plenty of closet and drawer space, a sofa and small balcony, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, etc. and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but it looked pretty decent - instead, we went up to the bakery cafe in Legacy Park, which was very good, and to Starbucks.

This is a good choice for business travelers, families, and anyone who's not looking for charm or atmosphere but simple, comfortable accomodations.
