Arrived late, but key was waiting, speedy check-in, attentive staff with a Clean Room with good facilities, was able to get on line quickly the next morning, good breakfast. Good parking facilities, and in a quiet location with lake to the rear of the property. Would select this hotel again if we are passing through.

The Hilton Garden Inn - Charlottesville is a very nice property. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly, and provided great service.

At the time, the internet connection was being "upgraded," so it wasn't up to business grade. However, everything else was great.

I would stay there again.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms. Sleep number bed is great! Microwave and coffee rooms. Rooms very large and comfortable. Overall, excellent!!

Wow! What a great hotel. Everything was fresh and staff were very cheerful and helpful. I've had some run-ins with bad service at other hotels and this property was the complete opposite, a refreshing change. Top notch service from check-in/out, breakfast, and assistance with local directions. Whatever the management is doing, they're doing it right. Keep it up.

Hotel is very well located to old town Charlottesville and to Monticello. I would definately stay at this hotel again.
