“It's an experience you need to have in Norfolk :)”

I give this place an excellent because of the experience. I always take my family and friends here from out of town. The worlds first ice cream waffle cone maker is located here and sitll in operation every day. The show on the Food Network Diners Drive-ins and Dives also featured this place on their show. John Ashcroft said it is his favorite place to visit when in Norfolk. You can pull your car up under the awning and a waitress will come to your car and bring you your order and set it on your window. They have homemade rootbeer as well. If you eat inside you can enjoy a greasy spoon old fashioned diner experience. The place could be cleaner than it is, but I guess it adds to the whole thing.

You have to try the RINGO----this is a hot fudge sundae with crunched up waffle cone chips in it with whip cream and a cherry. Those cone chips are so amazing!! YUMMMM!

You can not beat the prices at this place----its nearly cheaper than mcdonalds. And I just love the experience. Love it.

The invention of the world's first ice cream cone maker.
Their burgers are made by hand and a bit greasy, but their milkshakes are awesome.
