I have just returned from the Marina Corfu Hotel and it was brilliant! We have two small children and they loved it. There are two pools a main one and a smaller pool. We stuck with the smaller one because it was great for my litlle boy who is 3. The food was lovely, as I was a bit worried as we were all inclusive. There was so much selection and even on a lunch time you got a really nice meal. definately go into the prooper restaurant for lunch because there isn't much on offer at the snack bar. The entertainment was great too. Last thing, if you want a sun lounger be prepared to get up at 6.30 am to get one it is quite funny the way people go on over the sun loungers but we were the same by the end of the holiday!

I have just returned from a weeks stay at the Hotel Corfu Marina and it was brilliant. I had been once before 10 years ago and it didnt fail to impress me again.

the hotel has 2 pools one main pool were you have activitys such as water polo and a quiter pool both having a babys pool. The beach is a beautiful cove beach with white sand and clear blue sea, great for snorkling!!!

I recommend doing a few excursions one of them being the boat trip to Cala Mondrago. you catch the boat by the hotel (bit of a rocky walk but is only 2 mins). the boat takes about 1hr and stops at lots of different coves and beaches before eventually dropping you of at Cala Mondrago. this boat is a glass bottom boat and when it stops at the beach there is an hour for you to go diving of the boatif yoyu wish. at the beach there is 2 very nice resturants. if however you do not want this and you are all inclusive there was an option of ordiring a packed lunch from the hotel.

If you are looking to do a bit of shopping i recommend going to the market on sunday. i do not reccomend Inca on a thursday. it took us 2 hrs there and 2 hours back with only 2 hours spent at the market. I was not impressed!!!!

The hotel is actually in Cala egos and you are very near 2 towns one being Porto Petro. i recommened this for people who enjoy there food especially fish. the two to visit are the Maritimo and the resturant Porto Petro. this is a 5 min ride in a taxi and will cost you 5euros.

other wise there is Cala dor. this is were most of the night life is. it is full of resturants but you get what you pay for!! and you can get there for 5euros. there is also an over ground train which takes you to both towns.

Cala Egos is a small town but plenty there. there are some shops a supermarket (not as big as ours but still with everything you could need) and plenty of resturants and bars. the town however is never rowdy and there is no trouble.

the staff at he hotel are very helpful and the hotel is spotless. one thing that was great was having a fridge in the room and air conditioning. i went before the schools broke up and so the hotel was comfortable. i have a feeling though that it could be extremly busy during the height of season and finding a sunbed by the pool could be a problem!!

i will definatly be visting this hotel again in the future.

We arrived early in May, a few days after the hotel opened which was quite good - very relaxing! We asked to be moved to rooms with a sea-view and there was no problem with this. The view was wonderful! The rooms are clean and quite spacious with lovely bathrooms. All the staff are helpful and pleasant. We were very surprised at the quality and variety of the food, being all inclusive we didn't expect it to be so nice but it was excellent.
We loved it - but would advise older couples like us to go early or late in the season and miss the crowds. Lovely area and lovely people - we had a fabulous time!

We have just returned from a week at the Marina Corfu/Skorpios. These two hotels are in a beautiful location (see photos).Food was good to but most of all the service from the staff was probably the best we have experianced. Polite freindly pleasant and welcoming. It was so lovely that it was hard to drag ourselves away from the beach hotel to go on a couple of excursions (caves of drac a must).We did have a few reservations before we departed as i always use TRIP but these reports were all unfounded. It states that this is a family orentated resort but we found it to be a good mix of younger couples, families and older couples.(p.s. go all inclusive if you can its much better value for money and you can always eat out just as we did a few times as an option).
WELL DONE MARINA HOTELS WE WOULD RECOMMEND YOU HIGHLY.
