Me and my girlfriend stayed here from the 13th to 20th July. We had a great time. Ignore the negative reviews, some people moan about anything, and these are the people who moan about Netto putting beans up by 2p! We booked through Thomson and paid just under £500 pp for one week which I thought was excellent value.
When we arrived at 1.30am we checked in, in about 5 minutes. The reception looked very plush. The guys on reception spoke very good english and there is also one english lady working there. They took our passports for the night so dont worry about that! You can collect them back the next morning!
The room was pretty big, we had a living area with lcd tv, kitchen that we didnt use as we were all inclusive, bedroom with 2 twin beds and a nice bathroom. All was very clean. The kitchen was a bit outdated but who cares. Who cooks on an all inclusive :s so I wasnt gonna moan about that. Theres a safe for all your things and I was very suprised at how cheap it was. Only 12euro's for the week. If you arrive late theres food in the dining room for you. This is on every night. There were cold meats, salad, bread and butter.
The complex is huge, the pools are very big and kept clean. There are hundreds of loungers and we never had difficulty finding some even with the germans reserving em! Although the hotel does move towels left before 9am so you dont have to get up at 5am just to get some chairs! If you want front pool seats just be down for 9 n u can have em! We played all 3 mini golf courses which must have cost a fortune to make. If your a fish lover there are huge carp in the pools around the mini golfs. All these are free if your on the all inclusive, otherwise 6e per course.
La Reservé. We went there for 1 day, and yea its worth the 11e per person. Its got a nice pool with slides and a pool bar. It was really quiet too so if you just wanna chill its the place to be!
There is a place that does food there too but we didnt try it, I didnt even know it was there till after we had dinner!
There are 2 buffet restaurants and your allocated one on arrival so they dont have 1 thats packed and 1 thats empty! Both have same food thou so dont worry! The food was a 7/10. Sometimes a little lack of choice, but theres always chips so I knew there'd be something I liked as im a bit fussy! Breakfasts are good, I had a full english every morning!! Well worth getting up for!
For dinner you can eat in the buffet restaurants but we prefered the burger bar where you can get burgers surpisingly, hotdogs, kebabs, nuggets, squid rings and chips.
The night entertainment was a bit poor to be honest, but kids like it and it is a family place really so im not gonna moan. Bit gutting the all inclusive finishes on drinks at 12am but again dont really want people abusing it and causing trouble at a family place cos you always get the scutters on these places who just drink for the whole yr.
Sa coma beach is only a 5 minute walk away, we didnt go on the beach cos we prefer the pool but the towns a decent place and there are loads of restaurants that are very reasonable if you fancy a change! The weather was great too, didnt see any rain at all.
If your on a late flight back well worth booking a late check out room and you can sunbath all day or if not just take a shower in the shower-room in reception which is very big and clean with towels provided.
All in all, a great week away and id deffo return.
