Desperate times call for desperate measures... it was desperation that brought us to this place- a personal need to be closer to suburbia! Coming from more prestigious hotels based in the city, we greeted this place with frowned faces and deflated spirits. However, after exploring and comparing other hotels in the local areas, we learnt to appreciate and embrace this place-a lot!
The location of this motel, we found was very good-`walking distance to the Shopping Capital of Melbourne, Chadstone, and close to public transport ,to travel to and from the city when needed.
Free wireless internet was a true added bonus that we took advantage of whilst there.
The rooms were standard, nothing trendy or stylish, but at least they were clean and furniture in reasonably good condition. Heating/cooling was good, cleaners willing to assist.
Parking on site was good.
Situated on the main road- the view from the room was of passing traffic, but added some life to otherwise a very quiet area.
As we said- NOTHING FANCY BUT IT'S OK!
