We stayed in the Crow's Nest, which is actually roomier than the photo on their website shows. The bathroom is indeed spacious. We also used the spa located outside (the pool was closed for the season. The spa was wonderful (and hot!). The environment is very peaceful and picturesque. Sally, the proprietor was very nice and easy to talk to (we talked for about an hour out on the enclosed porch before we left). Her dogs are very friendly and well mannered. At the price of Richmond area hotels and the aspects of opposing environments, I would say The Inn... was a good deal for the price. Fortunately, the room was available, as I needed to book a stay in short order. The one thing I wish would have been better was the breakfast which is offered as part of the 'bed and breakfast' description. It just consisted of pre-packaged muffins/granola bars/snacks and some juice/yogurt/fruit in the refrigerator. That was not enough of a detraction to make it a bad stay by any means. I would recommend The Inn at Three Bridge as a stay for anyone looking for lodging while in the area.
