Room 517 Upon arriving in our room the toilet paper was left streaming down to the floor from the roll, the sink and vanity were dirty and where a cup had one time sat there was still the imprint in the scum.

There was urine all over the underside of the toilet seat and around the hinges, urine stains on the vinyl wall behing toilet. Hair and dirt on tile floor and actual pieces of dirt in our tub when I ran the water they floated in it. Months of soap scum build up on shower walls. There were two cobwebs one on each side of the bathroom door and each contained a live spider.

The carpet was not vacuumed, our sheets were not covering the mattress and were soiled, the mattress pad had a stain that looked like bodily fluids about a foot long across the pad that ran down the mattress to the box springs. Obviously the pad was never changed or it would not have matched up to the stain.

Manager did not come to our room to view our problems he was too busy at 11p.m. at night. I had to go get fresh sheets, pillow cases and a bed pad from the front desk. Manager said to flip mattress. We started to but it was stained even worse on other side, covered in stains actually.

Our room was dusty, the comment card was stained but I filled it out anyway, no remote, no clock. The mattress should be destroyed it is a major safety and health risk. Managers excuse was we do not usually rent the 4th and 5th floors!!! They were sold out as well as everyone else for the race in Martinsville the next day. We never took off our socks for fear of diseases and kept our one travel bag off the floor for fear of bugs it just looked like the typical dateline special roach infested, bed bug kinda place!
