This was ok. There was only one guy to check us in, and he wasn't very helpful - - I suppose since there was a line of people waiting to get into their rooms. So, after waiting a good 20 minutes, I requested a roll away, and he refused to even look. He told me that it was "first come first serve". I found that somewhat frustrating, because I made a very strong point of requesting a roll away when I booked my room. I asked if I could upgrade to a suite, and he told me he was sold out.
Interestingly, he just didn't want to help me because I came down later and some guy who walked in, asked if there were any suites available, and the front desk guy gave him one right away. Not cool to lie to your customers!
The room itself was very large (with plenty of room for a roll away if I could have had one) but there wasn't alot of drawer space. The fitness room was very good.
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
One more minor note, the breakfast wasn't that great. The sausage was frozen and you had to cook it yourself in the microwave. The coffee was horrible. I had to throw it out and go to a dunkin donuts on the highway.
It was a reasonable place, and I would give it a try again, since I think the experience may have been something that doesn't happen all the time. I am surprised, however, that it has such a high ranking - since it was nothing special.
