Shower, bed- the basics are okay
But the advertised wireless internet was more off than on. Trouble-free internet access is a critical requirement for modern business travelers

We chose this hotel because their park and fly package allowed us to leave our car there for 14 days, which is more than some of the other nearby hotels. We reserved a non-smoking room (specifying non-smoking for health reasons) with two beds; however, when we checked in we were told that our reservation was for a smoking room. I showed the clerk our confirmation guaranteeing a non-smoking room and she then said she could give us a non-smoking room if we would accept one bed instead of two, which we did.

That was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was so small there was not even a chair to sit on. To watch TV you sat on the bed or on a cushion on the window ledge. I think the ledge was meant to be a window seat but it was really too small to be called that.

The courtesy van left on time the next morning and the driver was helpful and polite. However, when we returned 10 days later and called the hotel to ask for a pickup, we were told we should go directly to the loading area because the van would be there in 15 minutes. After waiting in a cold rain for 20 minutes we called the hotel again and were told that "she should already be there. If she isn't, she will be there in 2 or 3 minutes." It was at least an additional 10 minutes before the van arrived. Some of the other hotels had already made two passenger pickups while we were waiting. I will probably choose another hotel the next time we fly from Dulles.

I went to Sterling on a business travel for 3 nights.
This hotel is really near the airport, (no more than 5 minutes away).
Check in was quick and easy; the people at the front desk were very kind. I got a room on the second floor, very clean, spacious and comfortable.
There are a high speed internet connection available, and they provide a patch cord if needed. This was very useful for me, and it worked great. They also have a wireless connection wich I had no chance to enjoy (no wireless card on my laptop).
The breakfast was included; the buffette was not superb, but it was good enough (pankakes, beacon & eggs, coffee, Bread, cereal).
By the evening of the second night, I returned the car I´d rented, went to the airport and called for the shutle, wich came soon to pick me up.
Check out was quick and easy too, with the shutle service on time (5:00 a.m.).
What else can I say? Vending machines, Gym, Good parking space, cleaniness, silent in the night...
If I ever go again to Sterling, I definitely will choose this hotel again. No second thoughts!.

My husband and myself visited DC.The hotel is close to the airport.They provide a shuttle to the hotel.We booked a suite.It had a king bed,microfridge.Extremely clean hotel.Coffee available 24 hrs.Internet service in the lobby is complimentary.Staff is extremely friendly.We needed an early morning flight to the airport.They called a shuttle for us which charged $5.00 /person.Very pleased with the service.Would stay again
