I have slept in third world country hostels that was better than this place. It was filthy. The bathroom floor tiles were all cracked and when you step into the bathroom the floor would squish and ooze water from the night/week before. The carpet was dirty and the furniture is old and beaten. It rained and water streamed down INSIDE the window into the A/C unit. Nice combination---electricity and water. There were sprinklers in the room but the smoke detector was disassembled.
I would recommend that you pass on this place.
