Some friends and I had been looking forward to going to Catch 31 and sitting outside and celebrating our finishing an 8 month long class. We go there and it took a while for a waitress to come to us, then we had to ask what happened to our drinks, and she went to check on them and they had obviously been sitting on the bar in the sun for the 20 minutes Ice was melted, and the frozen drink wasn't frozen (can't believe she brought them to the table), then we ordered food, and after 30 min asked about that, she said she would check on it, it came out cold as well, and we sent it back, and part of it came back warm but definitely microwaved. Then we didn't see her again, until she brought our bill, which we asked for a manager, because she had said they were taking care of the meal and it was all on the check, she took the check back and brought it back with 12 dollars taken of of a 60 dollar tab. We again asked for a manager, and then no one showed to pick up the check or a manager, so we finally went to the hostess stand and complained to them and all they could say was "I'm sorry". still no waitress or manager, finally got the waitress to take our check, and saw the manager as we were walking out, tried to get his attention and he put his phone to his ear and turned his head like he didn't see us. Also found out he had been standing around a corner, while I was talking to the hostess, listening to the whole conversation. What a CHICKEN he is! Definitely not regular Hilton customer service I guess the chain is going down hill fast! I know as a Travel agent I will never put any one at that property, and will think twice about any Hilton!
